The client 

change++ is a Business Intelligence (BI) system development provider. Its experts create and deliver data and reporting solutions for a range of sectors. Founded over 20 years ago, change++ works with clients to help them automate processes, view and understand their data, and gain valuable insights to make informed business decisions.

Their needs 

change++ needed an effective communication strategy to highlight its expertise in the BI space, and to convey its solutions and services to existing clients and prospective audiences.

Additionally, change++ wanted to enhance its view of its marketing activity and sales data, so required an integrated solution to help it co-ordinate activity and monitor success.

What we did 

First, we created clear, concise brand values and messaging that focuses on the benefits that matter most to change++’s target audiences. We aligned content on change++’s website with this messaging and used benefit-led copy to refocus on the problems change++ solves, as opposed to the services and solutions it provides.

We manage change++’s communication strategy from ideation to implementation, delivering blogs, social media posts, web copy, thought leadership articles and a quarterly e-newsletter. We create content to maximise search engine optimisation and enhance the user experience. When Covid-19 drastically impacted one of change++’s key client sectors – hospitality, we adapted as the situation unfolded, evolving communications to support its customers with advice-led content, showing sensitivity to the situation.

We identify key influencers for change++ to connect and engage with, and we’ve introduced new branding and benefit led posts, as well as video, to its social media channels.

We addressed change++’s disparate sales and marketing data by introducing SharpSpring. The all-in-one platform offers value for money sales and marketing automation. We helped the change++ team with implementing the CRM, provided training sessions on the different features of the platform and continue to support with creating email communications and managing the platform.

The results 

We have built a strong brand presence for change++ and amplified its communications to a wider audience. Through content and social media, we have effectively raised awareness of the benefits of BI and the services change++ offers.

The new service pages we have introduced to its website, from ideation to fruition, are now among the top performing pages. On social media, change++’s followers have grown by 72% in 18-months. Plus, its email marketing campaigns consistently have a 70% higher click rate than the industry average.

The introduction of SharpSpring has been transformative for change++. With the team adopting hybrid working, everyone can now access a single platform and view and analyse its sales and marketing data from anywhere.

Throughout the pandemic, our consistent stream of content and adaptability to the evolving context ensured communications were relevant and that relationships with change++ customers were maintained.
