Graduate – Junior Account Executive: content, social media and PR for cleantech

We are seeking an enthusiastic graduate to join our team as a junior account executive responsible for content, social media and public relations. You must be a clear thinker with excellent writing skills and an eye for detail.

Our client roster includes leading brands operating in renewable energy and clean technologies. If you’re passionate about working to help the world combat climate change, and you’re eager to learn new skills, this could be the job for you.

As a junior account executive, you will work closely with our account managers and copywriters. You will be part of a small but passionate and knowledgeable team of experts who will help you to develop your knowledge of the industry.

Your role will include creating content, managing social media channels and supporting our clients’ PR activities. To be successful in this role, as well as having excellent writing skills, you will need to be creative, analytical and be able to research new concepts quickly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

Research, write and schedule social posts for a range of clients
Research and write blogs and articles
Monitor and report on social campaigns, suggest ways to improve results
Grow social followers
Update press lists
Set up and issue press releases
Monitor and compile PR coverage
Stay up to date with new marketing channels, techniques and research tools
Keep track of policy and technology trends in the energy sector
Compile and send our weekly ‘Cleantech News Roundup’ email

Write accurate and readable copy, in plain English
Work independently and as part of a team
